GT20 Ebike Legality
GT20 has passed European CE and EN15194 certification. European customers can communicate with customer service in advance before placing an order, whether to limit the GT20 motor to 250W and the maximum speed to 15.5MPH.
GT20 has passed the UL2849 certification in the United States. American customers can communicate with customer service in advance before placing an order, whether to limit the GT20 motor to 750W and the maximum speed to 20MPH.

- We have Poland European warehouses, which store T20 500W 20AH, T26 750W 25AH, CT20 750W 25AH, GT20 750W 25AH, T20R 750W 20AH. Customers in the Europe place orders for these two products, and they will be delivered within 7-10 working days. Other ebike models are shipped to the United States and Europe, which requires shipments from China for 45-60 working days.
- We can also transport to Middle East countries, including Saudi Arabia and the United Arab Emirates. Due to the difficulty of customs clearance and transportation, an additional shipping fee of $300 is required, and the customer is required to assist in customs clearance. The transportation time is 30-45 working days. Please do not place an order if customers in the Middle East mind assisting in customs clearance.
- Currently, we have exclusive distributors in Japan, France, Italy, Belgium, Spain, Switzerland, so we do not sell T20, T26 and S1 to these 6 countries. All other models are on sale as normal.
- Due to the difficulty of customs clearance and transportation in New Zealand, an additional shipping fee of $100 is required, and the shipping time is 60-90 working days.
- The accessories of ebikes are all express logistics, free shipping, and the transportation time is 10-15 working days.
- Due to Brexit, there is an additional shipping fee for e-bikes to the UK, $60-$150.
