Our 2,000+ m² in-house factory gives COSWHEEL the ability to turn original design ideas into production-ready ebikes efficiently. With a monthly capacity of over 5,000 units, our design, engineering, and manufacturing teams work closely together to shorten development cycles and bring new products to market faster.

Dream Beginning
In 2006, five young people gathered in a prestigious art university and studied hard to design the best industrial products. Every weekend, they meet to ride bicycles to experience the beauty of nature. Because of their love for environmental protection and cycling, they set their sights on the bicycle field and determined to design unique electric bikes.
Get Start-up Capital
In 2013, Peng, the leader of COSWHEEL, won the first prize in the industrial design competition as a leading figure, attracting many investments, which provided great help for the establishment of COSWHEEL. They began to get back together and began to discuss the design of a green and environmentally friendly means of transportation - electric bikes.
COSWHEEL Established
In 2015, Coswheel Technology Co., Ltd. was officially established, with the aim of "making your trip different", they are determined to continuously design new and distinctive ebikes for customers.
Lightweight Folding A-one Ebike
In 2016, the A-one ebike was launched, and its cool appearance won the Red Dot Award. It can be folded, easy to carry, has a 350W motor, front and rear shock absorbers, and is a good tool for personal short-distance travel.
Off-Road T20 Ebike
In 2019, the T20 ebike was launched. Its cool appearance won the Red Dot Award. It has a peak horsepower of 750W, a battery life of 960Wh, a maximum speed of 28MPH (45KM/H), front and rear shock absorbers, and can be used for commuting and off-roading.
26" Off-road T26 Ebike
In 2020, the T26 ebike wsa launched, with 26" fat tires, a peak horsepower of 1500W, a 25AH battery, and a torque of 80N.m, allowing you to experience the joy of off-roading.
Family Travel CT20 Ebike
In 2021, the CT20 ebike was launched, with a length of nearly 180cm, a peak horsepower of 1500W, a large battery life of 1200Wh, and 5" fat tires, which are very suitable for family travel.
Motorcycle Ebike GT20
In 2022, the GT20 ebike was launched. It has the appearance of a motorcycle, with a peak horsepower of 1500W, front and rear shock absorbers, and front and rear motorcycle-level oil brakes, allowing you to enjoy a different journey.
Beast CT20S Ebike
In 2023, the CT20S electric bicycle was launched, which is an upgraded version of the CT20. The motor power is upgraded from peak 1500W to peak 3000W, the rear suspension is upgraded to 180MM suspension travel, and the maximum speed is upgraded from 28mph (45km/h) to 45mph (72km/h). Commuter T16 Ebike
In 2024, COSWHEEL launched a new commuter electric bike - T16.
T16 is equipped with a peak 1000W (rated 750W) high-speed brushless motor, 20AH lithium battery with a range of 70 miles (113km) (throttle plus assist), and a maximum speed of 28mph (45km/h) (can speed limit).
Equipped with front and rear suspension, front and rear racks, center rack, double piston power-off oil brake, convenient travel.
The ground clearance of the T16 seat is only 29.53" (75cm), and people 4'11" - 5'11" (4.9ft-5.9ft) can ride it, which is very friendly to women and teenagers.
R19 Dirt Electric Bike
In 2025, COSWHEEL launched a new electric dirt bike - R19. R19 is equipped with a 72V peak 9000W motor, 40AH lithium battery, torque 240Nm, maximum speed 60MPH (96km/h). Front suspension damping is adjustable, 220mm travel; rear suspension damping is adjustable, 300mm travel; 19"*2" off-road tires; dual-piston hydraulic brakes; brake discs are 203mm
R6000 — Dirt Riding for More Riders
In 2026, COSWHEEL introduced the R6000, a lighter and more approachable electric dirt bike inspired by the high-performance R19. With a lower riding position, smoother 60V peak 7000W power delivery, and more balanced handling, the R6000 makes off-road riding easier to control without losing the excitement riders expect. It represents our next step toward bringing electric dirt-bike freedom to a wider generation of riders.
