A different product was sent outside the product I ordered. They returned to me too late.

My bike suddenly shut off while riding and I reached out to customer service for help. I ended up buying the controller and now my bike is back operating! I wish the controller included a wiring diagram, or maybe they could've sent me it. It also had a broken piece on the bottom, but it's okay. I ended up just doing it 1 by 1 with my old controller next to it. My CT20S is now running again, and I'm so glad because I really need it for work. Overall good experience.

It would be helpful to have a diagram of the different connections for the controller. Nice looking controller otherwise but still trying to figure out how to use it!
