DISQUE DE FREIN POUR VÉLO COSWHEEL

I purchased one intended for the GT20 / CT20 / CT20S / T26 / M20 / T20R models, but this is what I received. It is different from the photo.
It is much thinner than what I expected, and the brakes hardly work at all.
I have contacted customer service, but I have not received any reply for over a week, which is very frustrating.
