UPDATE, 12/12/24 CUSTOMER SERVICE REACHED OUT AND IS SENDING ME THE FLYWHEEL CASETTE I WAS MISSING. Very grateful and I hope it arrives soon.

In all photos it shows that what you're buying is the entire rear wheel setup, with the cassette, without the tube and tire. My CT20S broke and I've been out of a vehicle for almost a month. I ordered this to make it easy to not replace the planetary gears so I can just pop the tire back on and put it back on my bike. The motor I received is not even the same as the photos. It doesn't come with the cassette so now I have to take more time to buy specialized tools just to be able to use my bike again. I paid $700 dollars for ease, and it's just brought more headaches. Extremely disappointed. Coswheel has no description about the cassette not being included. It shows in all photos, and I paid nearly $700 for this, so I expected it to be included.
